Plumber in Aventura
Aventura is a city of towers built over forty years, which means a 1970s building and a 2020s one sit within sight of each other with entirely different plumbing. Add a guard gate, a valet and a freight elevator to every visit, and the job starts before we reach your door.

Forty years of towers in one city
The oldest Aventura buildings date to the 1970s, the newest are still finishing, and the difference matters. In an early building the supply risers, drain stacks and original valves have been working for decades and the failures come in clusters — one line of units, one stack, one generation of angle stops. In a recent tower the pipe is fine and the calls are fixtures, cartridges, disposals and appliance connections. Telling us the building and roughly its age on the phone genuinely shortens the visit.
What every building shares is the way you get into it. There is a guard gate or a valet, a service entrance with its own hours, a loading dock and a freight elevator that has to be reserved. On Williams Island and the gated communities, access has to be arranged in advance or it doesn't happen at all. We settle all of that before we arrive, and we schedule any riser or building shutoff that touches other units with management or the association instead of springing it on the building. Floors and hallways get protected on the way in and out.
There are also single-family and townhouse pockets away from the towers, plus the restaurants and retail around the mall, where a backed-up drain or a restroom out of service closes a room. Those get the same-day slot.
Every visit starts the same way: a plumber comes out for a flat $175, finds the actual problem, and gives you the complete price before a single part is touched. You pay when the work is done. No billing.
How we get to Aventura
We're based at 1000 Fifth Street on South Beach. It's the causeway and a straight run north.
- About 30 minutes — Collins and A1A north to the Lehman Causeway, or MacArthur to I-95 north and east on Ives Dairy or Lehman. We take whichever is moving.
- Gates and valets handled — Give us the building, the gate and the front-desk contact and we'll be on the access list before we arrive.
- Shutoffs coordinated — Riser or building shutoffs that touch other units are scheduled with management before we start, never sprung on the building.
- Same-day for urgent jobs — Active leaks and no-water calls are targeted same day. True emergencies jump the line, day or night.
Not sure you're in range? Call or request a callback — if we can't get to you fast, we'll tell you straight.
What we handle in Aventura
-
Condo water heaters
Closet tanks matched to the closet and the building's capacity rules, drain pan and shutoffs included.
-
Tankless water heaters
Installed where the building and the electrical service actually allow it, with an honest answer when they don't.
-
Drains & stack backups
Kitchen and shower lines that keep slowing, and the stack backups that show in the lowest unit on the line first.
-
Garbage disposals
Jams, leaks and swaps for the compact units that fit under a condo sink.
-
Washer & appliance lines
In-unit washer hoses swapped to braided stainless, plus ice-maker and dishwasher lines that fail quietly.
-
Faucets & shutoff valves
Dripping faucets, seized angle stops and the supply lines that let go while the unit is empty.
Aventura plumbing questions
Yes — that's most of our work here. We get on the access list with the guard gate or valet, use the service entrance and freight elevator on the building's terms, and schedule any riser or building shutoff with management or the association in advance. Tell us the building, the unit and your front-desk contact when you call.
In normal traffic about 30 minutes: Collins and A1A north to the Lehman Causeway, or the MacArthur to I-95 north and back east, whichever is moving. Active leaks and no-water calls are targeted same day, and true emergencies jump the line around the clock.
Every visit starts with a flat $175 diagnosis. A plumber comes out, finds the actual problem, and gives you the complete, exact price before any work begins. You approve it first and pay on completion. We don't quote real repairs sight-unseen over the phone.
It changes where we look first. Buildings from the 1970s and 1980s have risers, stacks and original valves that fail in clusters — one line of units at a time — so we check the shared side early. In a recent tower the pipe is rarely the problem and the fix is usually a cartridge, a valve or an appliance connection. Telling us the building and its rough age on the phone saves you time on site.
Sometimes, and the honest answer depends on two things we check on site: whether your building permits it, and whether the unit's electrical service can carry it. When both work, it frees the closet and stops the tank-failure clock. When they don't, we'll say so rather than sell you an installation your panel can't support.
