The oldest city in the county
Dania Beach was incorporated before almost anything else in Broward, and the housing east of the highway shows it: small single-family homes and duplexes from the 1920s through the 1950s, on slab or on low foundations, with drain laterals and supply lines that have been in the ground a very long time.
